We use Avontus Designer Scaffolding software which allows us to 3D model our scaffold builds and show you exactly what your build is going to look like. This allows us to always have clear communicated idea of how your project is going to work start to finish. After we have made the 3D modelling we can go on site, point our phone at the building, and you can see how the finished scaffold project will look before its even been installed!

All of our products are purchased from Direct Scaffold Supply who are committed manufacturing scaffold products. All the steel used comes with mill certifications and made in an independent lab to verify that all steel arriving in our factories meets or exceeds the appropriate BS EN, ASTM/ANSI specifications.

Modular Scaffolding
Ring lock or System scaffolding, otherwise known as modular scaffolding, uses pre-engineered pieces of scaffold that are put together in specific order. Installation is a lot quicker because a huge amount of loose fitting connections are already done for the scaffolder. As a result, installation periods are shorter and adjusting the scaffold components after installation is easy and versatile. Assembling and disassembling the ring lock style scaffold is a lot quicker as well and saves tremendous costs on labour. Uses for Ring lock scaffolding are plentiful and include scaffolding for industrial projects, heavy duty scaffolding for installation of concert stadiums and much more. Other smaller but just as important uses could be for houses on steep slopes or in confined spaces, stair towers, garbage chutes, rolling towers, and cantilever style builds.
Tube and Clamp
We build tube and clamp scaffolding that’s best used when versatility in the design of the scaffold build is required. Walking-decks can be placed at any height offering a variety of building options. Some examples of when this type of scaffolding is best used is for hanging scaffolds, factory work and in oil and gas facilities. It can also be used for awkward, miscellaneous tasks such as hand rails or spare parts for builds in commercial or residential areas. The predominate use of of tube and clamp style scaffolding is for industrial areas when hanging scaffolds off steel high beams whereas city builds would be better off using a more economical type scaffolding solution. It is the most versatile out of any other style of scaffold and the possibilities are endless but also with the downside of being the most labour intensive. Much more materials need to be used because of the complications of the builds this style is used for.
